The Port of Coos Bay has picked ARG-Trans as their operator. This was formely named Arizona Rail Group, and owned the Arizona $ California, California Northern, and Puget Sound & Pacific before selling out to RailAmerica, and currently has what's left of the San Pedro & Southwestern.

The major rehabilitation of the Coos Bay line hasn't started yet, but they may be forced to begin limited operations this summer before the rehab work is done this fall.
