Amtrak 7&8 Thursday--why annulled?

Any idea why Amtrak 7 and 8 didn't run Wed PM-Thursday? #8 was parked at Spokane depot all day Thursday. Did BNSF have another derailment in MT, or more flooding issues east? Thanks. Just wondering, #7&8 have been hit pretty hard this winter.
