I'm usually not a fan of the ACLU (when it comes to "separation of church and state" issues). However, they are "right on" with this case. I hope that the ACLU will win AND win big! Railfans like myself, and phototographers like Chris Fussel, should be able to enjoy the sights and sound of America's rail networks without being harassed or threatened by rail or govt. authorities, especially when we are well off their properties! I can't help but think of those bumper stickers: "I love my country but I fear my governtment."
Go, Chris! Go, ACLU! This is America, not China!!
