Completely cooperative? What part of, "Show me your ID", followed by a refusal, is "cooperative"? Bullied?? He wasn't touched. You have a strange grasp on the definition of words, Definitely NOT Joe.

Oh yeah, he has a GREAT deal of sense. Two patrol cars, several MTA employees, and 45 minutes later. Yup---that's a great deal of sense for something that could have been over in 3 minutes.

What part of my third post do you not understand, Definitely NOT Joe?

We are required to show our ID under various circumstances. One of those circumstances includes being detained by the police, Definitely NOT Joe. Nazi Germany, Definitely NOT Joe, is where Jews were murdered in "showers". Nazi Germany is where the Holocaust happened. How dare you compare that pain and suffering of Jews to a college kid not being able to take a picture of a train, Definitely NOT Joe.

Oh yes, I can tell by your opinion that you are very happy with the police, Definitely NOT Joe.

Environmentalists ARE ruining this country, Definitely NOT Joe. There, I was judgmental (no "e" in judgmental, Definitely NOT Joe) against them, too. But I won't say anything against Jesus "freaks", Definitely NOT Joe.

> Really? There are more out there like you?

Absolutely, Definitely NOT Joe. Stay with current events and do your research. The country is overwhelmingly conservative, Definitely NOT Joe. Liberalism is what is destroying this country, Definitely NOT Joe.

I'm all for standing up for our rights, Definitely NOT Joe. Taking pictures on the property of MTA is not a "right". What if the MTA had a policy that said, "No photographs allowed"? Then what, Definitely NOT Joe?

Again, Definitely NOT Joe, what part of "read my comments" do you not understand?

Definitely NOT Joe, I think you need to travel the world and understand how third world countries operate. Not taking a picture of a train will get you laughed out of every police station, court system, and lawyers office (for those countries that even HAVE lawyers). Before you go spouting off about third world countries and banana republics, maybe you should do your research and understand that taking pictures of a train is not high up on the list of priorities. They are concerned with things like eating, having some type of roof over their head, and not getting shot to death for trying to stay alive. The gall of you to compare taking a picture of a train to Nazi Germany and banana republics. Disgusting.

You are free to differ, Definitely NOT Joe. That is your "right". Flogging Chris?? There you go again, Definitely NOT Joe, throwing around words which you apparently have no comprehension of. I suggest you look up the word, "flogging".

That stupid web page has been around for years. What happened to manners in this country? What happened to being respectful? This whole non-issue with Chris is a complete joke. He made a mountain out of a molehill, contrary to what the fare inspector and police officers were trying to tell him. He made the CHOICE to not hand over his ID. And it IS his ID we are talking about--not his "papers", Definitely NOT Joe. You are a prime example of what is wrong with railfans today. You think that your "right" to take a train picture is on par with the pain, suffering, world wars, and murders that have taken place throughout history. You couldn't be more wrong.
