I would assume that it is operational once the turbo was replaced. It was accepted in interchange by the PNWR so I assume the air was up to date and it had the fabled alignment control draft gear.

Haven't seen it in several months..last time was sitting on the outbound lead from the turntable just southwest of track 16 @ Brooklyn.
