There is another tragic bridge happening way overdue in St Paul. Along Shepard rd/Kellogg St at the 7th street bridge over the Mississippi river, a UP railroad bridge overpass's the street and runs alongside the auto bridge across the river.
The Steel legs holding up the bridge are actually RUSTED thru and the pilings have shifted
on the concrete piers. The sidewalk along this area goes under the RR bridge, it is amazing
the people walking and riding bicycles havn't complained on this situation. It needs
immediate attention.
