2007: A Bad Year for Bridges???

Just to thin of it there have been numerous bridge collapses that have affected railroads this year of 2007 "A BAD YEAR FOR BRIDGES MAYBE???".

The Sacramento Trestle Bridge Fire
The Interstate 580/80 Connector Bridge in Oakland
And just recently the Minnapolis Interstate 35 W Bridge Collapse

Unluckly coincidences or partially to blame from poor maintenence???

Any insight into this matter???
