Re: empire builder - Reroutes to MRL

Here come the reroutes. A couple of MRL folks told me their administration sent out a letter
to the employees stating, "Traffic levels are expected to reach 32-34 trains per day
during this time." However, MRL is also watching their own Clark Fork River levels and those of the Yellowstone River. We're suppose to see high water this weekend in Billings. Not sure how many trains will use the Laurel Sub.
