New power on the Richmond Pacific

New to me, anyway. Saw the RPRC passing the Richmond, CA, Amtrak station about 1240pm on Thursday; GMTX 423, a GP15-1, painted blue and black with full Richmond Pacific lettering on the hood and "GMTX" stenciled above the numberboards. It had a notch in the nose for a gyralite, so it ought to be ex-Frisco, then BN.
