I do get out there at all different times on I-5

Yes there are times when I-5 is backed up to Federal Way, but it never completely stops! Think about it... you are moving very very slowly.

If you are stopped for an hour and not moving I would agree but that doesnt happen often; it did during the Monday Night football storm...

Go West go West of I-5 lol
