Re: UP SD-40's today

Maybe when the SD-40's got old they felt that way, but when they were new, I rode GP-40's and SD-40's (SD-45's, too) and enjoyed the ride. They had lots of power for their day and could handle 70 mph freights, given enough hp/ton.
