Hrm, as another former employee I have to wonder who to beleive. Someone who has worked the track or someone who is an infamous know-it-all reviled and mocked by employees and those in the office of many a rail company through the area. A guy who is known for ranting at length about his fantasies of subways and privatized amtrak and an all bus TriMet and how he and only he knows the right decision and right answer about EVRYTHING under the sun.

Tough call.
