Alternate bus service in the Pacific Northwest

Regrettably, this was not the time of the year for the Talgo car problem to happen.
July and August are "high season" for tourists in the Pacific Northwest. (doesn't rain as much)
And all (street legal) charter buses are booked solid. Great shows is in front of virtually all hotels, SEATAC, and the two cruise ship terminals.

Thus, nothing available to cover for the AMTRAK Pacific Northwest Service.
