Even longer than you many think. There are at least three Alan Millers that I know of in the railfan / rail advocacy realm. The chase you mention doesn't sound familiar to me nor does your name, so either my memory isn't so good or you are thinking of one of my namesakes. The commonality of my name is why I always use my middle initial.
