Mr. Andrews,
I read your comment and it is nonsensical. The work being awarded is an offshoot as Mr. Swanson tried to point out of Boeing's space and satellite division. What they do has nothing to do with BCA. In all respects, they are a separate company with only the common name. BCA does have problems, related to the CEO. Space and satellites takes on work like this all the time. How do you think your GPS works? Moreover, to some degree your cell phone relies on Boeing space and satellite to function. I only posted the story because it was interesting that the government would finally contact a firm, that has experience with what is a navigational issue at it’s root.
