Heard some Hams this PM on 145.43 talking about the coal train derailed on the Mississippi river bridge at Clinton,IA.

Checked the river traffic and the Mississippi river is closed at the UP draw. Two tour boats that departed LeClaire,IA this AM the Twilight and The Celebration Bell both returned towardsthe QCA this PM.

From the UP radio sounds like they're closed over the river too. Hams reported loaded coal cars tippedon the bridge.
