Saw on another list that the 3rd SD-45 was shipped last week to Cheney. Has it arrived yet, any confirmation on it's number? Has the EWG established any sort of an operational pattern, i.e. schedule, yet, or do they operate randomly? Has the state given it's blessing to begin track work yet? How's business?
