Well this afternoon at 1:40 NIWX 8925 made its debut behind the 8924 in Davenport, WA with 19 empty covered hoppers headed west at a very slow pace; 5-10 MPH.

I agree with Mr. Hepkema that it's hasty reporting mark is hideous. It looks like a kindergärtner painted it with a 1 inch brush.

Shortly after the PCC took over this line, they painted a couple of their locomotives here in Davenport. I wonder if the same will happen to these units. I hope so.
