Marshall, WA--BNSF Kootenai River Sub.--near Spokane. Local media only currently saying "along the BNSF railroad tracks". As per protocol, initial response will be to blame the guys with the biggest machines. Yes, the local dirt biker population is obnoxious--and have started fires before. If the determination is made that it was them (again), you won't hear about it. A large fire occurred in the vicinity a few years ago, and it was pinned on the RR. It was at about the same time as a rash of fires that the UP Plummer Local started when they insisted on running non-turboed power up Mica Hill in the summer and fall. They also ran the one up Marshall Canyon with a similar Geep if I recall correctly.
