The phrase " Low Grade Lumber " could include most of what Lowe's & Home Depot have been selling lately. Lowe's " Top Choice " lumber is of firewood quality, with lots of twists & knots. My local Home Depot also placed a lift of 92 & 5/8" 2X4 in the 96" rack; I didn't notice the missing 3 & 3/8th till I cut it. Wonder how many contractors were caught up in that deal !!!
