It would make sense to add a third running track thru Victorville which could get around the
local business and the occasional helper power. The rub is the river crossing east of town and
that would take some engineering to accomplish. The other thing the third rail would assist is
the local moves for the George Logistics Center (if it ever really gets off the ground).
