This is sad to here. We came down the canyon on 95 yesterday about 2:00PM and the fire appeared to be fairly small. The Hwy was open with a flagger and one lane closed with fire equipment parked in it. It was pretty obvious driving by that the fire had started right at the Hwy shoulder. There was burned grass in that area right to the pavement. The fire appeared to be up to the level of the grade so probably it moved N up grade after we were through. I don't recall it being real close to the overhead crossing mentioned.
