Does the in Catenary This Picture Bother You?

I remember taking this shot. I wanted the Capitol and as much of the train as possible in the picture. Thus the catenary is right in the face of the train. It's called "foreground clutter," and thus the picture is not perfect. How much do you think it distracts from the photo?
