The new Illinois St. was built when they the "T-Third" Light Rail in. The track extends up to the Pier 80 Docks.You can access it from Third and Marin Streets or Evans St and Illinois St. It is by The Muni Facility(Light Rail) that now occuppies part of the old WP yard area.
