Question about a Railroad Sign

I have a question for anyone with knowledge. I was crossing the BNSF mainline in Bakersfield at the "L" Street crossing downtown. As I looked both ways to make sure no trains were coming, I noticed a sign along the tracks looking towards the BNSF Yard saying "RCZ1". I found the sign interesting as RCZ is also my initials. Does anyone know what that sign means?? Thank you in advance..
