Yes, they are operating between Lombard and Windsor. Most activity has been deliveries to the various feed mills operating in Petaluma and seems to warrant 3 day a week service. An occasional load finds it way to Windsor, but since the customer seems to be having some financial concerns that service has slowed.
By may calculation based upon non-official information would estimate that they are handling 8-12 cars a week. Which would also seem to sync with the initial expectations in the business plan that was presented.
Also some patterns are emerging, if cars are destined for Windsor the loco will overnight there and pick empties on the following day. If they only have traffic for Petaluma they seem to make the round trip swapping loads and empties.
