King St between 3rd and 4th with SP FM switcher Sept 1969

It sure doesn't look like this now! Sept 1969 SP FM #2351 is switching cars in the middle of King St. from the just arrived Coast Daylight, Train #99. I would venture to say that nothing in this photo still exits. The buildings in the background became part of the never finished 280 and are now congos. The SP depot eas demolished, became a KOA campground and is now covered with more condos.

This photo is 42 years old and has a ton of things wrong with it but today no sign of these days remains.
