In a previous post "The Observer" wrote: "Yes I think they probably know its a federal offense, but they also know they currently have a 'friendly' federal administration that will probably look the other way over a 'little' vandalism."

As from the above post, it looks like another less than subtle dig at the Obama Administration, proves to be unfounded.
