I don't know about this. I don't have an issue with gun ownership, except, maybe, during hunting season when I am on a bike trail and bullets go whizzing by (tell you what, there is nothing more energizing than the zing of a bullet passing over your head).

But...

If someone is goofy enough to cut a big slit in his cheek so that he can stick a gun barrel through it, and if he is goofy enough to do it in public, then, for safety sake, wouldn't a plugged barrel be the way to go?
