Not sure where the idea came from, that "Society failed him".

But even if valid reasons for such an assertion could be found; it should be remembered that for every one crazy murderous freak whom "society failed", there are at least 100 citizens that society also failed - miserably. But none of them ever committed any crime because of it.

I still wonder what the real difference is between them? But it ain't about society!
