Pullman built a few 8 section sleeping car-diner combinations. They all had the word "Club" in their names. Circumnavigators Club is at the Western Railway Museum in very good condition. In 1932 it was converted from a 16-section sleeping car originally built in 1917 with the name Brady.

The Lotus Club is at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg.

The back of the dining section could be used as a lounge. The back wall had windows installed. The rear end of the car had had imitation open observation platform. So you had a sleeping car, a dining car, and a lounge car all in one.
