Forgot about the Prospector.
Did anyone actually have a two car train (self propelled or locomotive pulled) that included a working RPO, baggage/express, coach and first-class, and on-board meal service? (First-class can be sleeper or reserved parlor/lounge seating; meal can be a cafe, grill, lunch or buffet.) One I think might be close is Yosemite Valleys' off-season train.
Expanding to a three car train should allow some more possibilities. GN had trains #41/42 that ran between a CB&Q connection at Billings through Great Falls to connect with the Empire Builder at Shelby. It was assigned a RPO/Baggage, Coach and a Ten section-Buffet-Lounge-Observation in the off-season. I'm sure there were other examples on secondary or connecting trains, and on smaller railroads.
