I have seen a copy of the AAR letter confirming their reporting mark and accounting code effective for interchange operation as of September 28th. The Railroad has issued a press release stating they would start running trains this week. I was out this weekend at the Niles Canyon RR and got back in the dark so I do not know if any power has arrived in Eugene yet.
