The MRL Gas Local trains are just a "bridge" across Native American land. They didn't want the pipeline crossing their land so it has to be moved by rail. That means MRL has no reason too and so will not operate a Gas Local to Spokane. The MRL doesn't have any switching rights west of Sandpoint anyway so they wouldn't be spotting cars in Spokane. You will see tank cars headed into Spokane but they aren't from this unique MRL operation.
