20th Century Fox's "Unstoppable", starring Denzel Washington, was filmed with locomotives from Canadian Pacific and Wheeling & Lake Erie. Most of the action takes place in Pennsylvania, which offered tax incentives to the producer. Railroads used include the W&LE, Nittany & Bald Eagle and Western New York & Pennsylvania. The story line is based (more or less, mostly less) on a runaway train incident on CSX in Ohio.
