It is true that the traffic that use to be on these lines is not there now. But, it is also true that MRL hasn't aggressively marketed their services like they use to in the past when traffic levels were better.

The shipper's on the Polson line were willing to pay for the repairs, but instead had to spend many thousands of dollars more for more grain storage instead when MRL, more or less, said 'no thanks.'
