Yes, the base is still connected to the PE's old Huntington Beach line (Stanton) but is no longer maintained. The track is in place from the HB branch to the base, and is owned by the US Gov. only the crossing devices have been removed as the government told the UP that they no longer wanted UP to maintain the lesd, but it is still accessable.
