Thanks for the kind words.
I don't know about track 13... but I admit to wondering that myself.
I believe that ramp is for ADA purposes. No idea why some platforms have it and some don't, but it's possible there is one further up the track.
I don't think the new platform is any taller. What you are seeing is that the platform has a considerable amount of dirt dug out next to it for a substructure/base of some kind for the track. My guess is that once the track is in place it will look the same as the other platforms height wise.
