If that is a reference to Berkshire Partners, one of the former owners of EMD, Warren Buffet has nothing to do with Berkshire Partners. Warren Buffet's umbrella company is Berkshire Hathaway, and while the name may sound similar, they are unrelated. More on Berkshire Partners here: [en.wikipedia.org]
