General Track Bulletin for R-CAL0161-I dated yesterday shows no Track Condition Messages for San Jacinto Industrial Spur Subdivsion from Highgrove, MP 0.0 to San Jacinto 38.3 and end of track is at that location, showing CLIC 3196 Agri-Empire.

It's unusual to have a temporary red flag without a TCM.

By the way, weren't baretables stored all the way out past Winchester, MP 29 as late as last winter?
