"LAWFUL"?
You are a %&*#@ blathering idiot!
There is nothing "LAWFUL"
about putting on pointy hats and masks and bullying citizens that want access to gov't offices, forcibly shutting down businesses, trapping and assaulting hapless motorists and pounding up their cars ($2000 damage to mine), blocking traffic, destroying private property, setting fires, or any other forms of anarchy! Not to mention the incredible violence (including several sexual assaults) that went on inside those ILLEGAL "tent cities".
Moreover, their demand that I/we all run down to the bank on Saturday and withdraw all our money, will if it really happens (ya-right), kill what's left of our fragile economy. And no! They do NOT have the right to yell fire in a crowded theater.
Even more to the point - If in fact, there were any peaceful protesters out there (I didn't see any), don't you think they had the right to be "secure in their persons", as it says in the Constitution. Would they not have the same right to be protected from their lawless neighbors, as anyone else? But NOOOoooo! That left wing wacko sorry excuse for a Major called off the police - for no better reason than to kiss the mob's ass.
She should be impeached and/or sued for malfeasance in office, as should every other politician that advocates the same and thus fails to do their duty.
Now what would have been legal -
would have to simply exercise "free speech". You know, where someone freely speaks while some others "FREELY" listen - but only of they really want to - and where those who don't are allowed to come and go as they please - un-harassed. But there was very little of that going on. Most of us were violently trapped and held against our will.
But since the Major and the Mob seem to want anarchy while the police just look the other way, that is exactly what they are likely to get. Bet on it! As for me, there will not be a next time I get trapped. The next person or persons that tries to forcibly stop me, WILL GET RUN DOWN, while the cops also look the other way as I forcibly escape!
Let's hope they think twice (they haven't thought even first yet) - I already have, and am now ready to use whatever force necessary to defend myself and escape. And yes - as soon a I can arrange it - I am done with Oakland California (and I hope my 43 employees go with me)
Let Oakland become a ghost town! - Enough is enough!
