Re Citation on Cajon Pass

Is this a problem at the other nearby locations as well such as the Caliente Horsehoe Curve, Tehachapi Loop, Barstow Wye Mojave and Daggett Junctions etc.

Don't usually the police issue a citation for trespassing if there is actually mischief involved other that just being trackside.

Hopefully, the railroad will just drop this matter and the charges as well as they should.

I thought the BNSF would be more reasonable about this matter than the UP would though a railroad than is known to have a strict anti-trespassing policy.
