Critter moving towards Coos bay?

My Speeder buddy just reported that yesterday he saw a small 2 axle diesel switcher on a lowboy trailer At Mapleton Oregon. Unfortunately he did not recognise the make and was not sure of its condition. The truck was Pointed towards the coast so I looks like it might be headed to Coos bay. Does anyone have any further information on this loco.
