The sun also sets on the East Coast

A little further east to the Mississippi River, in Maryland, there is a large river known as the Susquehanna which is spanned by a railroad bridge built by the PRR in 1906. Today, the bridge hosts Amtrak, a very few Marc trains (Maryland Area Regional Commuter - not as appealing as B&O, I know, lol) in addition to even fewer NS trains after midnight. It is just before dark where this location gets it's best light.

If you enjoy a good sunset, have a look at a few pics from both sides of the river at sunset, including a couple of "zoom" pans.

And perhaps my favorite:

"To Wilmington: Post Haste!"

Thanks for looking!

We now return you to your regularly scheduled West Coast programing, lol.
