Arnold and his buddies in Sacramento should take a look out the window and see the forest fire smoke that has visibility limited to just a half-mile or less in the Central Valley. Smoke from the coal-fired electric generating plants is nothing compared to this stuff.

The NIMBY's don't want us to cut trees, so now we have these massive forest fires that produce more pollution than any coal-fired electric plant ever could.

In fact, this smoke has drifted all the way to Minnesota...
