As per a recent South Park episode, maybe Californians can burn their own intestinal gasses in their hybrids, which will only produce "smug," instead of smog. I am sure that the average Californian is completely ignorant of how much of their electricity is already generated by Four Corners coal plants. Mr Cajon really needs to take a geology or biology class, yes carbon comes from the earth duh....but how much of it that is tied up where in the Carbon cycle is the issue.

Hopefully, from the narrow railfan perspective anyway, this deal will get tied up until a Democrat in the White House can load up the SurfBoard with progressive socialist pinkos.
