ULS does not show BNSF using Ch 0707 in LA County but it does show UP licensed for its use at ICTF, which I have never heard used there.

Whatever it is that the IM folks at Hobart/Commerce are using for radio communications, it's still closer to 160.22MHz than 160.215, without bleedover. Ch 0808 160.230Mhz is used for the Diesel facillity on the east side of town and its spot on freq.
