My older brother hung out at the mole when he was a kid. He'd ride his bike to the Berkeley SP station, then with 50 cents he'd get on the train and go tot he moe, where he'd catch the ferry. As I understand it, as long as he didn't get off the ferry in San Francisco, his 50 cent ticket would allow him to ride the ferry back and forth and hang around the mole for hours. Anyway, I'd love to get him your article but you don't say how to get a subscription to the Western Railroader. I looked on-line in vain.

Appreciate any info anyone has.
