Any MofW work on t he W&I and EWG

About a month ago there was a thread that mentioned that the Washington & Idaho (former PCC P&L branch) and the Eastern Washington Gateway RR (former PCC CW branch) were waiting for the state of Washington to decide how much and what to fix on the track, has the state decided what projects to do yet, have they started yet or are the lines going to have to go through another winter without and upkeep? Any traffic on the lines? When do they run?
