Dick's comments are correct at the moment, but he'd be the first to tell you that dead and unwanted trackage can certainly be developed into a profitable venture, something that has been
the hallmark of a successful shortline. But, that being said, it's a little tough to make something out of nothing and my foggy crystal ball can't see far enough in the future to ever
think that freight will redevelop on that line. 3,500 cars a year would be a stretch.
